Respecting your privacy and bearing in mind the obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. - GDPR, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), I present information regarding the protection and processing of personal data provided to the office.
Data controller, definitions.
- The controller of personal data is Mirosław Laskowski conducting business activity under the name Biuro Obrotu Nieruchomościami Laskowski, address: ul. Limanowskiego 8 60-743 Poznań, e-mail address: miroslaw@laskowski.com.pl within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), this means that the Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data on his own and at his own responsibility.
- Please be informed that according to the GDPR, personal data are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of data such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, identification number or on the basis of a set of information concerning his/her social, health, family or racial situation.
- The provision of personal data to the Controller is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of a rental contract, a contract of sale or other contracts on the real estate market as it is not possible without such data.
- Processing personal data is any action on personal data, including collecting, recording, organising, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or linking, limiting, erasing or destroying (Art. 4 of the GDPR).
Rights of the data subject.
- Anyone whose personal data we process has the right to:
- access his/her data and receive a copy of their data,
- rectify (amend) his/her data,
- erase his/her data,
- restrict data processing,
- object to the data processing,
- transfer his/her data to other entities;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he/she believes that we are processing his/her personal data incorrectly and in breach of the law, including the provisions of the GDPR;
- withdraw his/her previously given consent to the processing of personal data.
- We can and always do process personal data about you only to the extent that is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the data processing (adequate), primarily to the extent that the data are necessary for the performance and conclusion of a contract with you. We may also process your data for the purposes of possible civil law claims, if any (Article 6(2)(f) of the GDPR). We may also process data for tax and accounting purposes, or to comply with other obligations imposed on us by law.
- All data processed by us, whether in paper or electronic form, are subject to physical, IT, technical and organisational safeguards.

- You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data on the grounds of legitimate interest (Article 21 of the GDPR). You may do so by any means of contacting us.
- Following an objection, we will cease to process your personal data to the extent to which your objection relates, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to do so which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data are necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims, or to fulfil obligations towards state authorities acting within the limits and on the basis of the law. These exceptions arise directly from the provisions of the GDPR.
Personal data recipients, duration of processing.
- The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing notarial, loan and accounting services to us, etc.
- Your personal data will be processed by us for the time necessary to perform the brokerage contract and additionally for the time required for the possible assertion of claims, but no longer than for 10 years after the termination of cooperation with you.
- We wish to point out that your personal data will not be transferred directly outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to any international organisation, however, it may be processed using cloud tools, the storage space of which may be located on servers located outside the EEA.
Miscellaneous.
- We wish to point out that your personal data will not be processed by automated means.
- No profiling processes will be carried out in relation to you based on your personal data.
- The supervisory authority with which a complaint may be lodged against any action of the Controller which violates the provisions on personal data protection is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
